In response to increasing level of violence both inside and outside schools, we would like to invite schools, parents and stakeholders to a School Anti-Violence Forum to be held on Thursday May 29 from 11am – 1.00 pm.
The forum will focus on which areas are seeing increasing levels of violence on students and teachers, how much violence is happening to students coming to or from schools, what policies and procedures are in place to support both students and teachers. It will also look at ways we as local school can help support each other and share policies and information to better tackle this problem.
The forum is to bring together schools and stakeholders to discuss issues of violence inside and outside of schools, what is being done, what needs to be done and to try to find where there are gaps in the system that need to be addressed. We also need to find where the “hot spots” are to advise police and state rail to patrol these areas more to help protect kids.
If you would like to attend please join the Mailing List for all the details or contact enquiries at schoolangels.com.au.
