Model Bullied by Judges

from Sunday Telegraph.

AUSTRALIA'S Next Top Model prime contender Cassi Van Den Dungen is being bullied by two of the show's judges - designer Alex Perry and Charlotte Dawson.

The fracas has been reported on Australian fashion blog frockwriter.com, but has also reached sites overseas.

The situation has become so grave that Cassi's agent, Helena Vitolins from work:agency has vowed to take legal action.

"Cassi is a minor: she is only 17 and she should not have to put up with her reputation being destroyed,'' Vitolins said.

Perry's beef is that Cassi turned down two modelling contracts for the love of her boyfriend.

A comment on Perry's Facebook page said: "We're talking about a girl with low intelligence, going out with a man 10 years older, of a similar IQ ... the combination is powerfully stupid.''

On frockwriter, Dawson said she didn't "give a s*'' about the fallout. She later said: "We supported Cassi. We believe she has huge supermodel potential. Despite all the support she had been given, she virtually turned her back on us.''

Perry is currently holidaying in Greece and could not be reached for comment. Insiders believe Perry and Dawson would be better served actively trying to help and support the young girl.
